GO Car Wash is a car wash in Austin, Texas. It is listed at 1021 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78745, which places it among the local businesses of Austin that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 am–8 pm. Austin is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Austin follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

What a great place to get a wash. They have towels and self service vacuuming included with your wash. But the reason Im.posting this review is the highlight the extraordinary manager Marcos. He greeted me at the pay kiosk, was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my classic car had a bad battery and broke down on the property, instead of making me call a tow truck, he offered the use of his personal tools and helped me get my car out of the way. Not only that, he gave me a ride to purchase a new battery which I installed with his tools. Just absolutely remarkable. He single acts of customer service has gained this business a loyal customer and I will recommend this car wash to everyone I know!

Seems like these guys are up to asking for reviews at the moment to flush out the bad ones. This place was great as Genie carwash. Couldn’t have been happier. Ever since Go Carwash purchased this location it has been always broken in one way or another. We are going on two months now that the roller that cleans the hood and roof of your car has been out of order. This means your car will always be dirty on the upwards pointing surfaces. It’s always something broken in the tunnel and they wait months to fix it. I’d ask for my money back if I wasn’t on a subscription and lived behind it. I do not recommend swinging in here for a one time purchase. Your car will not be clean without your own effort after you go through. There is no way they are not bringing in enough revenue to afford to fix the product they sell. This place is always busy. The corporate takeover has resulted in a much poorer experience. They took away the really cool floor mat cleaning machine because it was broken and people were riding bad reviews. They need to at least keep the tunnel in proper order. Don’t trust all the recent five star reviews with short descriptions the staff is clearly asking for reviews,

This car wash is awesome!! Highly recommend. Rene gave my lifted bronco that was covered in mud some extra TLC with a power wash before I went through and my bronco came out sparkling clean. They even have covered parking with free vacuums, hand towels to wipe your car down, and leather cleaner!! This is my new Go To spot for my Bronco baby!!! Thank you to the excellent staff, I would give this place and its staff 10 stars if I could!!

Malachi and Rene were amazing 👏🏼 they always take care of my car and get me through the process quickly. I love getting the car wipes and air fresheners! This is one of my favorite Go Car Wash locations!

The employees use an expandable brush to to scrub the car from the front and back before entering the car wash, unfortunately the brush they were using scratched my car. Its a great car wash and the prices are great. but the brush they use its not meant to scrub the vehicle pain or body panels.
